Iron is a vital mineral in our diet, iron is present in almost all the foods we eat (whether they are of vegetable origin or of animal origin), because it is one of the nutrients that the earth contains and transfers to the products that we eat and  that they are cultivate, through which animals also feed, therefore, we can say that iron is present in the whole food chain and nourishes us from the needs of our organism for its proper functioning.
